Coffee Tasting + Tour at our Roastery
Sign up for a monthly tasting + tour ("cupping") at our roasting facility! Get a behind-the-scenes look at the process from green coffee to your cup.
Each 2-hour session includes a roastery tour, a tasting of our current roasts, and a chance to explore the unique flavors of our coffees.
Every participant will take home coffee samplers to enjoy and brew at home, and you’ll have the opportunity to purchase coffee, merch, and more before you go. Tastings commonly include a grazing board and baked goods from local partners.

Host your next event at our River Quay café
We’re opening up River Quay for private events Sunday through Thursday starting at 4pm. When you book, you get the entire space. No sectioning off tables, no sharing the room with strangers. It’s all yours.
Your rental includes 1 to 2 bartenders to keep drinks flowing, and we can even help you create a custom signature drink to make the night feel extra you.
Birthdays, wedding receptions, bach parties, work hangs, “we just felt like celebrating” nights…this space does it all!

Coffee Catering, The TM Way
Keep your crew caffeinated with our self-serve coffee catering. Choose from disposable 96oz coffee boxes or large Cambro carriers, featuring our core coffees like Smooth Operator and Wild Child, plus seasonal options when available. Round it out with house-made syrups, Spirit Tea selections, milk options, and all the cups and supplies you need.
Perfect for meetings, parties, weddings, and “we need coffee or this falls apart” situations. Pickup is available at our Roastery Warehouse, River Market Café, or Café Equinox Shawnee, with delivery sometimes available for a fee.
Prepayment is required, and orders must be placed at least 7 days in advance. Let’s make your event very well caffeinated.
