This is one of my favorite Microlots so far. The flavor is smooth and rich without being overpowering. The taste is incredibly balanced from start to finish. There is no acidity or bitterness.

Super Ego is a great espresso that definitely has notes of chocolate that pairs well with milk. I also enjoy drinking it without anything added .
