Red Chai Herbal Tea

Rooibos, the needle-like tisane originating from the Cederberg region of South Africa, is legendary not only as a centuries-old restorative, but for its black-tea-like body and silky, caramelized pecan sweetness. Its naturally low tannin content means its smooth and impossible to overbrew, making it a perfect foundation for the aromatic bouquet of our spice blend. Fresh ginger provides a fiery zest; black peppercorn and cardamom add a toasty savoriness; Saigon cinnamon and clove a robust sweetness. Together, our Red Chai lives up to its name in color and heat, brewed to warm and soothe to one’s content.

We’ve brewed Spirit Tea in our cafés for years because their quality, ethics, and creativity align with our own. In 2022 we became a distributor so we could share their thoughtfully sourced teas with our customers in store, online, and wholesale.
