Wild?Child

Good coffee, but a bit tame for my tastes. I would call this Calm Child. If you’re looking for a mild coffee with notes of citrus, this is for you.

Wild Child is my favorite Ethiopian roast

Man, does Thou Mayest do it right. This is a Light/Med Ethiopian roast. meaning it's slightly more roasted than some other African beans I've had; it is VERY light roast by S American bean standards. It's perfect. The only thing i was change as to reduce the number of "Quakers". I probably had 30 or more in the 5 lb bag. Do you guys not have an optical filter to rid those?
Thank you for Wild Child. I love it.
