We finally went to origin. Not the romanticized, buzzword-heavy version. The actual farms. In about ten minutes standing in the dirt, we understood more about coffee than a decade of...
We spent our COVID stimmy check on something practical for our family… a respectable home coffee setup. Jumping in the wayback machine, we all remember what it was like for parents. Completing full-time work that got done in between all the things, including the kids’ remote learning around the kitchen table. We needed a roast that was versatile enough for pulling shots, pour-overs, and throwing in our Toddy. Smooth Operator was one of my go-to’s before, so it was an easy choice for our family. It’s been a constant in our daily ritual ever since.

I order 5lbs of this blend for my home. I love the balanced smooth and sweet flavor. Most of the use is for espresso and espresso drinks, but it works great as a french press also.
